US Bangla Recruits Talent at DBA, BAIUST

US Bangla Group held a two-day long recruitment program at the Department of Business Administration (DBA) of Bangladesh Army International University of Science and Technology (BAIUST). The goal was to identify talented candidates for the Cumilla zone.
A total of 38 students from the BBA and MBA programs participated in the rigorous selection process. The first day consisted of various assessments, including an IQ test, a written exam, a memory test, and a computer literacy test. The second day focused on in-depth interviews with the candidates.
The two-members from US Bangla’s talent requisition team expressed satisfaction and some observations with the pool of candidates, finding several with strong potential. The Department of Business Administration appreciates US Bangla’s time and effort and hopes for continued collaboration in the future.
