Business Club is a good platform for students to practice their leadership and entrepreneurial skills. It is a club in which students work in groups under their supervisors. It provides the students with real-life experience about the world of business. This club works under the supervision of faculty members. The new organogram of BAIUST Business Club consists of three manpower of hierarchy strength such as: Advisor, Co-Advisor, and Cooperation members. Advisor was nominated bythe Head of the department, Co-Advisor from three faculties having the activities of line functions and Co-Operation members from five faculties having the responsibilities of staff functions that consist of five cells such as Member for Business incubator cell, Member for Professional development cell, Member for Sports and Cultural cell, Member for Content documentation, Member for Event participation cell. There would be a students executive committee either by selection or election, which the Advisor seems better. The students will then be entitled
to different leadership positions. When students join the Business Club, they will have the opportunity to enhance their resume with Business Club participation and involvement. The Business Club sponsors a variety of activities, including Business Week, Business Competitions, Business Idea Competitions, Case Study Competitions, and more. The entire focus of the club is to nurture students with creative thinking skills along with organizing skills.
