Research Area: Development and optimization of thin-film semiconductor materials for renewable energy conversion and next-generation electronic devices, with emphasis on improving material efficiency, stability, and performance through controlled deposition and characterization techniques.
Deposition Techniques: RF magnetron sputtering, Modified SILAR (m-SILAR) method, Chemical bath deposition (CBD).
Characterization Expertise: X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, UV–Visible spectroscopy, Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), Hall effect measurements.
Additional Skills: Analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, AAS, potentiometry, Karl Fischer titration).
