BAIUST provides their students transportation service to both inside and outside of the campus. The students can avail bus facilities by paying a nominal transportation fee per semester. The number of buses for students is five and besides these BAIUST provides one coaster for faculty and officer, two micro-buses, one leguna, and one pickup for the residents of female hostel. One may avail bus from Kandirpar, Foujdari, Thakurpara (Salauddin Hotel), Tomsombridge,Poduar Bazar, Kotbari roads.
