Served in different capacities of command, staff and instructional appointments at different outfits of Bangladesh Army.  Served as Dean and Head of the Department of Civil Engineering of MIST, and Bangladesh Military Academy (BMA) and as Instructor of Engineers Centre & School of Military Engineering (ECSME) at Qadirabad Cantonment, Natore.
