Our Activities
Level-3, Term-2 students have completed industrial visit under the supervision of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) department, Bangladesh Army International University of Science and Technology, Cumilla. On Monday, a group of 55 students led by Assistant Professor Mamun Ahmed and Lecturer Maisha Nishat Bidhu visited “Mobile Telecommunication Switching Office(MTSO)” of Grameenphone located in Cumilla.
Mr. Nazmul Hasan, Manager of Cumilla Regional Office and Mr. Mizanur Rahman, Technical Lead Engineer of Grameenphone were present on the occasion. To increase student’s theoretical and practical knowledge on data communication CSE department arranged this visit. During this time students were given theoretical and practical ideas on cellular communication.
Department of CSE organized a seminar on IEEE and Research Paper Publishing Workshop on 22nd September, 2018. In this seminar students of L-4, T-2 and L-4, T-1 participated on research proposal and journal paper writing and Workshop on Latex writing.
This seminar includes how to write research paper, online latex platform, how to choose and identify a research topic and plagiarism in the research paper. This seminar had a great impact on final year students as they were about to start their own research/thesis and project.

Ahsan Habib Tareq, Doctoral Fellow, DU and Associate Professor, MBUST was present as Keynote Person.
BAIUST Computer Club (BCC) celebrated the third anniversary on 24th December, 2018. Some notable events and competitions were held on that day. The events include: Opening Ceremony and Rally & Cultural Program. The Competitions include: Intra university Programming contest (Individual),
